Returns the withdrawal payload (withdrawalId, partner externalId, amount, currency, status, createdAt) with no destination fields. Status is the latest WithdrawalHistory value (Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed, Cancelled, Rejected). Missing history (e.g. ambiguous Ultra failure orphan) may appear as Pending. Poll after create; prefer Ultra webhooks when available.
