Creates the payment QR using Ultra pricing for the persisted cryptoAmount. Preview is optional — payment works without a prior preview. The crypto amount here is authoritative and may differ from any earlier indicative preview. For currency ≠ BRZ, response includes tradeId (Ultra OTC trade opened at QR time) to correlate partner Ultra webhooks otc.trade.settled / otc.trade.cancelled. BRZ has no OTC trade and no otc.trade.* webhook — use status GET polling. Webhooks are a trigger only; reconcile via Partner API status GETs.
